February 2022: Salmones Camanchaca is the only food producer to be recognized as an “industry mover” in S&P’s 2022 Sustainability Yearbook

The Sustainability Yearbook published by this prestigious risk rating agency distinguishes the companies with outstanding improvements in their sustainability management as evaluated for the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, which included the company as of the end of 2021.

Salmones Camanchaca was incorporated into the well-known Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) at the end of 2021, and its inclusion in the 2022 Sustainability Yearbook recently published by the prestigious risk rating agency Standard & Poor’s (S&P) is a tremendous recognition of its commitment to sustainability.

The publication also distinguished the company with the “SP Global Industry Movers” seal, which identifies companies that have achieved outstanding improvements in their sustainability management as evaluated for the DJSI. Only 50 companies worldwide will hold this distinction in 2022 and Salmones Camanchaca was one of the two Chilean companies to receive it and the only “Food Producer”.
