Biography

Jorge Fernández García Chairman

  • He is a Economist and Buisness Administrator, he studied at the University of Chile, finishing in 1988.
  • Since his professional beginnings, in 1989, he has worked managing various areas of the company, working in pelaic fishing businesses, prawns and other seafood, Among the most notable achievements is the construction of the plant in San Antonio in 2001.
  • He served as CEO of Salmones Camanchaca for 15 years. a position he held from 2003 ulntil his resignation in April 2018 to apply as director of the company. It highlights in its management the development of all segments of its value chain, including the acquisition of strategic assets.
  • As CEO of Salmones Camanchaca, he led its opening on the Santiago Stock Exchange and the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2018.
  • On April 26, 2018, he was elected as president of the company, a position previously held by his father, Jorge Fernández Valdés, founder of the company.

Ricardo García Holtz Vice-Chairman

  • Economist and Business Administrator and Master's in Economics, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, United States.
  • Vice chairman of Salmones Camanchaca S.A. since April 2018, and General Manager Camanchaca S.A. since 2011, overseeing all business divisions.
  • Previously he worked 20 years in north American financial group AIG, where he was CEO for Latam &Caribe between 2005 and 2010, and Chairman of Seguros Interamericana between 2003 and 2010. Between 1992 and 1998 he was CFO of Seguros Interamericana and Vice Chairman of Investments for Latam. Previously I worked in the Investment Banking of Banco Santander.
  • He has been director and Chairman of Amcham Chile and Co-Chairman of the Global Salmon Initiative, and currently Chairman of the Chilean Marketing Council.
  • He also has a long teaching career, as a professor of Economics and Finance at the Catholic University of Chile and other universities between 1986 and 1994.

Fernando Rioseco Zorn Independent Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA from the ESE Business School of the Universidad de los Andes, where he also completed the Corporate Governance Program for Company Directors.
  • Current Positions and Committees: He is an Independent Director in both public and private companies, currently highlighting his active participation and advisory roles on the boards of SalfaCorp S.A. and Cintac S.A.
  • Corporate Governance: He has a solid track record in senior management within the construction, real estate, and mining sectors. Previously, he sat on the boards of regulated and private entities such as Enjoy S.A., Inmobiliaria Sinergía, Hacienda Chicureo, and Redelcom.
  • Executive Career: He possesses more than 20 years of executive experience; he was General Manager of Grupo Alkasa (CIAL). Prior to that, he held positions at SQM, served as Chief Financial Officer and Development Manager at Pucobre, and was Development and Planning Manager at Wenco S.A.

Macarena perez Ojeda Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Business Administrator (Ingeniera Comercial) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica (recipient of the Honor Matriculation Scholarship and the PWC Award). She has taught at the PUC and the Universidad de los Andes, and was chosen among the 100 Women Leaders by El Mercurio in 2021 and 2025.
  • Current Positions and Committees: Partner at Econsult in the asset management investment area. She is a Director of Salmones Camanchaca S.A., Vice Chairwoman of the Sovereign Wealth Funds Committee of the Ministry of Finance, and a member of the Capital Markets Advisory Committee. She is also a Director of Icare (member of the Finance Circle) and of Fundación la Fuente. Previously, she served on the boards of Bbosch, Empresas Volcán S.A., Credicorp Capital, Fundación Mujer Impacta, and the advisory board of the Universidad Finis Terrae.
  • Executive Career: She has extensive experience in the financial sector, notably serving as private markets manager at a family office, alongside more than 14 years at IM Trust-Credicorp, where she was General Manager of its AGF (Mutual Fund Management Company) and Chief Financial Officer.

Claudio Inglesi Nieto Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Industrial Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), United States.
  • Current Positions and Committees: Partner at Altis Principal Investments, a firm through which he actively participates in the structuring, financing, and execution of strategic private equity transactions in the region.
  • Corporate Governance: He has been a Director of Camanchaca S.A. since April 2017. Additionally, he serves on the boards of Exportadora e Inversiones Agroberries and Oxzo, and previously served as director and chairman of Blue Express and Talana.
  • Executive Career: He was Vice President & General Manager of Amcor Flexibles in South America. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Grupo Quiñenco, serving as General Manager of Alusa / Techpack and Deputy Development Manager, after starting his career at BCG, McKinsey, and Deutsche Bank.

Rodrigo Errazuriz Ruiz Tagle Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with an outstanding and extensive career spanning more than 40 years of professional experience.
  • Current Positions and Committees: Partner at Asesorías K2 SpA. from 2022 to date. He currently serves as an Independent Director of Salmones Camanchaca S.A., a position he has held continuously since April 2019.
  • Corporate Governance: He possesses vast experience on highly complex boards, having served on the boards of directors of multiple industry-leading companies such as SMU, Copesa, Camanchaca, Provida, Banco de Concepción, Endesa S.A., Enersis S.A., and Entel S.A.
  • Executive Career: He was the Executive Director of Grupo Copesa, General Manager of the Corp Group holding company during the 1990s, and an advisor to Agrosuper for 8 years. Previously, he served as Vice President of Citibank for 8 years and Deputy Manager of Banco de Santiago.

Joaquín Villarino Herrera Director

  • Education and Distinctions: Attorney from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Doctor of Laws from the Universidad de Navarra. He has served as a professor of Commercial Law at the PUC School of Law for 20 years.
  • Current Positions and Committees: He has been the Executive Chairman of the Mining Council of Chile A.G. since 2011, and is a regular director at Salfacorp S.A., where he serves as a member of the audit committee and chairman of the human capital committee.
  • Corporate Governance: He has served as a director at Aguas Andinas, IAM, ESSAL, Aguas Argentinas, and CCNI. He is a board member of Sofofa, CEP, and a director of the Fundación Patrimonio Cultural. Furthermore, he has been a member of public commissions such as Energía 2050 and the Decarbonization Task Force.
  • Executive Career: He represents Chile before the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) and the OECD. In the area of strategic consulting, he has been a partner at the law firm Prieto y Cía., an advisor to Grupo Alto, Finning, and Activa Assets, and a senior advisor to Morgan Stanley.
