BAP & ASC Certified Biomass

The percentage of Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certified biomass over a rolling 24 month period; updated quarterly. BAP and ASC are the two most respected standards for best practices in aquaculture, and they encompass a series of topics ranging from fish health and welfare to food safety, traceability and social and labour standards. ASC is the most demanding standard in terms of environmental stewardship, and we are committed to having the majority of our production ASC certified by 2021 (i.e., > 50%). Every single one of our sites undergoes the audit process for BAP and ASC in every production cycle.
