Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR)

The FCR measures the amont of feed required to produce 1 kg of fish, and it is a measure of production efficiency and sustaniability, insofar it describes the amount of resources that are required for a given animal production. ). It is calculated for closed cycles on a 12 month rolling basis; updated quarterly.
